Producing durable concrete under thawing-freezing conditions and getting dried and moistened alternatively,
Producing concrete which is resists against defrosting and corrosive chemical solutions and liquids,

Concreting in refrigeration houses,
Concreting in hydraulic structures, docks, dams, bridges, rail ways , sleepers loading and water reservoirs,
By reducing concrete density, it can be possible to increase concrete production by using certain quantity of cement and aggregate,
Concrete containing fly ash with high amount of carbon,
Concrete containing high amount of superfine materials,
Concrete containing cement with high alkaline.
Properties and Effects
Increasing stability and durability of concrete under harsh climatic conditions and in cold and freezing regions,
Increasing workability and slump of concrete,
Reducing concrete permeability and water content in mixture,
Reducing amount of sand consumed in producing concrete,
Increasing durability of concrete in corrosive liquids and gases and thawing-freezing cycles,
Reducing of carbonization of concrete,
Reducing segregating and bleeding effects,
Reducing harm caused by undesirable storage conditions.
Use BC62 up to 0.001 of cement weight.
The factors which dosage rate depends on are:
Grading materials and gravel-sand ratio,
Quantity, type and quality of cement used,
Ambient temperature, temperature of the concrete, and heat generation,
simultaneous use of superplasticizers,
Percent of required air in concrete,
Instruction for use
At the final phase, add BC62 to water content of the concrete mixture. According to the ASTM C 182 standard, the required time for mixing should be:
3 minutes for mixing, 3 minutes for being still and 2 minutes for final mixing,
13 minutes for stirring gently and 2 minutes for mixing,
Shaking and 2 minutes for mixing.

Solubility: Insoluble in water
Storage: in capped container protected against air and frost, at maximum temperature of 10°C.
Shelf life: 1 year in original package,
Packaging: in 20 litre containers.
Technical observation and application
The exact dosage rate may be obtained by trial mixes.
BC62 commonly reduces the concrete compressive strength slightly. Under these conditions, decrease water-cement ratio or use BC21 –if required- or adjust mixing ratios to compensate for the loss of concrete strength,
The more the mixing time as compared to the standard level, the less the air bubbles in concrete,
Before use, keep the product package at temperature of +30° C for 24 hours,
The more the mixing time, the less the air bubbles in concrete,
